* It’s About People’s Recruiting fees are subject to VAT and would be indicated separately on our invoices

• No charge is made by It’s About People to the client until the client actually employs a successful applicant verbally or in writing.
• All invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice being delivered.
  • Failure to do so will result in the Guarantee not being activated.
  • IAP will add on 2% compound interest per month which will be levied on all overdue accounts.

  • Doesn’t apply if candidate is retrenched or owing to conduct of the client amounting to a breach of it’s employment agreement, which causes the candidate to resign. Also doesn’t apply in the event of disablement; death; unfair dismissal; change in job title or reporting lines.
  • Credit will work as follows:

    • 1st Month	60%
      2nd Month	40%
      3rd Month	20%

  • The guarantee will only apply if It’s About People is afforded exclusive rights to find a suitable replacement for a period of 21 days.
  • The guarantee remains operable from the commencement date of the original candidate’s date of employment.
  • The client will be invoiced if the placement candidate’s salary is higher and credited if the replacement candidate’s salary is lower than the original salary with the client.
  • In the event of the candidate being offered and accepting any work whatsoever from the client within 12 months after first being introduced to the client by It’s About People, then the client will be charged the full introductory fee.
• All advertising charges incurred in the attraction of suitable candidates are born to It’s About People unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon by the client, It’s About People reserves the right to select appropriate advertising media and to prepare the relevant advertising copy.

• Contract assignments shall be charged at 20% on the contract value in a period of 12 months
  • Should the contractor be offered and accepts a permanent position within the client’s organisation or any affiliated companies then, provided that the contractor has worked for a minimum period of one month, It’s About People will charge a fee of 15% of the total annual remuneration package.
